Jaikrishna B (JK) is an enterprise advisor, family business advisor, and leadership coach, working through Praxis Space, an independent platform. He engages with promoter families, boards, and leadership teams on culture, governance, alignment, and leadership transitions, helping leaders and organisations translate insight into meaningful action.
Across a professional journey spanning more than 35 years, JK has held leadership roles in respected Indian business groups including the Murugappa Group, CK Birla Group, and Amara Raja Group. He brings extensive experience in HR and organisational leadership, including more than two decades as Group CHRO, where he played a key role in shaping people practices, governance frameworks, and organisational culture at scale.
Over a long-standing association with the Amara Raja Group, he has worked closely with the promoter family for over two decades, including more than 15 years in a family advisory role alongside his executive responsibilities. He continues to be associated with the Group as Advisor to the Promoter Family and as a member of the Board of the Rajanna Foundation, its CSR arm.
JK’s work lies at the intersection of promoter family dynamics, leadership development, and enterprise effectiveness. He brings a nuanced understanding of the interplay between family, business, and governance, supporting families and leaders in navigating growth, alignment, and leadership continuity with clarity, sensitivity, and responsibility.

He is a Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a certified Family Business Advisor from the Family Firm Institute (FFI), USA. He has also completed leadership and general management programmes at the Indian Institute of Management, Bengaluru (IIMB) and Harvard Business School.
